Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-13 · Governing law: England and Wales

This Privacy Policy explains how Aircove, a trading name of TMG AIR SOLUTIONS LIMITED, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you browse our store, place an order, contact us, or join Air Care membership. It applies to tmgairsol.shop and our order, support and email communications.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is TMG AIR SOLUTIONS LIMITED (Aircove), registered in England and Wales. You can reach us about privacy at any time:

8 Woodhill RiseApperley BridgeBradford, West YorkshireBD10 0UQ, United KingdomEmail: support@tmgairsol.shopPhone: +44 7174728088

2. What data we collect

  • Order and delivery data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, country, items purchased and order value.
  • Account and membership data: login email, Air Care plan, renewal dates, filter-reminder preferences.
  • Support and enquiry data: the messages, subject and contact details you send through our contact and wholesale forms.
  • Payment metadata: the last digits and card brand, payment status and transaction references returned by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, and essential cookie identifiers needed to run the cart and checkout.
  • Room Air Finder inputs: the room, area, concerns, quiet preference and budget you enter to receive a product recommendation.

3. Where the data comes from

Most data comes directly from you when you order, register, use the Room Air Finder or contact us. Some technical data is generated automatically by your browser, and payment confirmation data is returned to us by our payment processor after checkout.

4. Why we use it and our legal bases

  • To take and fulfil orders, arrange delivery and handle returns — performance of a contract.
  • To operate accounts and Air Care membership, send filter-replacement reminders and renewal notices — performance of a contract.
  • To provide customer support and answer enquiries — legitimate interests and, where relevant, contract.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks and misuse — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
  • To meet accounting, tax and consumer-law obligations — legal obligation.
  • To send marketing and product updates only where you have opted in — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Payment provider boundary

Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Your full card number, expiry and security code are entered on the processor's secure checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation, a payment reference and limited metadata needed to reconcile your order.

6. Who we share it with

We share data only with processors that help us run the store, under contract and only as needed:

  • Hosting and platform infrastructure that serves this website.
  • Payment processing to take card payments and manage refunds and disputes.
  • Delivery and logistics carriers to ship your order and provide tracking.
  • Email and communications providers to send order, support and reminder messages.
  • Database and storage providers that securely hold order, account and lead records.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

We may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area where a processor operates internationally. Where we do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) to keep your data protected to UK/EU standards.

8. How long we keep it

  • Order and transaction records: retained as required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 6 years).
  • Account and membership data: for as long as your account or membership is active, then removed or anonymised.
  • Support and form enquiries (leads): kept no longer than 24 months unless they form part of an order.
  • Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

9. Your rights (UK GDPR, EU GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
  • For California residents: know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it) without discriminatory treatment.

To exercise any right, email support@tmgairsol.shop. We respond within the time limits set by applicable law and may ask you to verify your identity first.

10. Do Not Sell or Share

Aircove does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, but you can still contact us to confirm this at any time.

11. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to run the cart, checkout and security. Any non-essential analytics cookies are only set with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

12. Automated decisions and children

The Room Air Finder gives suggestions only and does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Our products and store are not intended for children: the store may not be used by anyone under 13, and customers aged 13–17 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

13. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable processors to protect your data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.

14. Complaints and contact

If you have a concern, contact us first at support@tmgairsol.shop. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local data protection authority. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
