Aircove is a trading name of TMG AIR SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales. We sell plug-and-play indoor air-quality and home-climate comfort products and an Air Care membership. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Aircove products are home comfort consumer products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent asthma, allergies, viruses or any disease or condition. We make no medical-grade, sterilisation or disease-prevention claims. All descriptions relate to everyday comfort, freshness and air-quality experience only. If you have a health condition, follow the advice of a qualified healthcare professional; our products are not a substitute for medical care.

We sell finished, self-fit consumer products. We do not provide HVAC, electrical, plumbing or gas installation, repair or advisory services, and nothing on this site is installation guidance. Products such as AC/vent filters and insulation kits are user-fit consumables. Any fixed installation or electrical alteration must be carried out by an appropriately qualified professional in line with local regulations.

Air quality monitor readings (PM2.5, CO₂, VOC, temperature, humidity) are indicative reference indications for everyday use, not laboratory-grade or legally certified measurements. They should not be relied on for health, safety or regulatory compliance decisions.

• Use every product strictly according to its instruction manual.
• Check voltage and plug-type compatibility for your country before use; cross-border adapters and step converters are your responsibility.
• Follow the stated filter-replacement and cleaning schedules; humidifiers and dehumidifiers require regular cleaning and descaling.
• Keep appliances away from water hazards except as designed, and keep small parts and oils away from children and pets.

• All prices are shown in USD and exclude any destination import duties or taxes, which are your responsibility.
• An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing-error or fraud-prevention reasons and will refund any payment taken.
• Product images are representative; minor variation in finish or included accessories may occur.
• Cross-border shipping times, duties and voltage suitability vary by destination and are highlighted before checkout.

Air Care and Air Care+ are recurring subscriptions billed in USD (monthly or yearly). Benefits are current-period service benefits — such as member pricing, free-shipping thresholds, filter-replenishment reminders and extended warranty — and are not stored value, credits or a cash balance and do not roll over between periods. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, resell without authorisation, or attempt to disrupt it. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

The store may not be used by anyone under 13. Customers aged 13–17 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order.

Products carry a standard manufacturer warranty against defects (extendable through Air Care membership). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the consumer law of England and Wales or your local consumer-protection rights.
