Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship to selected countries at checkout, including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and much of the EU. Available destinations are shown in the country selector during checkout.

• Standard shipping is a flat $12 per order.
• Orders of $120 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
• Air Care and Air Care+ members receive free standard shipping in line with their plan benefits.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Domestic UK delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs.
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking where the carrier supports it.

Prices are in USD and do not include destination import duties, VAT or local taxes. For international orders these are charged by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties may result in return and restocking costs being deducted from any refund.

Powered appliances (purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, monitors, diffusers) must match your country's voltage and plug standard. Product pages state the voltage range. Please confirm compatibility and use an appropriate adapter or converter where needed before ordering; an incompatible-but-working product is not a fault.

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact support@tmgairsol.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
